  • " The customer service I received was outstanding...I had an interesting experience throughout the problem solving process regarding the install of my SB Bed Winch on my Pioneer sxs...Scott immediately requested a video of the winch on my vehicle...Scott determined that the universal connecters were not used by my installer and explained the lights would not work without the connector, so he sent replacement connectors along with an extra cord, plus a personalized video where vividly clear instructions were provided on how the wire connection process should be!...My installer (who is an excellent seasoned UTV/ATV/Motorcycle mechanic) reconnected the wires using the universal connectors, resulting in the light working but the remote still did not work...Scott assured me that the problem would be resolved and immediately sent a replacement winch, corded controller, wireless remote, along with the bracket piece to correct the wiggle issue with the mounted winch on the bed winch.
